Q1: Return and Exchange Rules

 

The products listed on the Alink Mall website have clearly indicated the supplier name and product model. Please carefully check the product model and supplier information before placing an order. If the model is mistakenly ordered due to personal reasons, Alink will not accept the return request. After the user successfully places an order, Alink will directly purchase according to the order requirements.

Q2: Acceptance conditions for after-sales service

 

1) Customers who need to return goods due to non product performance issues such as inconsistent actual received quantity, inconsistent specifications and models, appearance defects, and damaged packaging should submit a return application within the acceptance period, which should not exceed one month after receiving the goods. Late returns will not be accepted. Customers who need to return their products due to quality issues can apply for a return within 3 months after receiving the goods. Late returns will not be accepted.

2) If applying for a return due to quality issues with the goods, the customer needs to provide a third-party testing report recognized by both parties as evidence.

After contacting customer service for confirmation, the order backend will apply for a return or exchange, and we will process the return request within one hour.
